We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Certified Medical Coder / Quality Controller to join our growing healthcare team. Candidates with Orthopedic Coding, Quality Review, and Workers' Compensation Billing expertise are highly encouraged to apply. Location: Noida. Shift: Night Shift (8:20 PM – 5:30 AM) – Mandatory. Salary: Negotiable. Key Responsibilities: Review physician treatment reports and clinical documentation; Pull and analyze progress reports from eClinicalWorks (ECW); Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT Codes, and Modifiers; Review treatment plans, SOAP notes, and provider documentation for compliance; Ensure coding accuracy based on payer-specific guidelines; Validate documentation completeness and identify coding gaps; Process reports for billing and support quality assurance initiatives; Collaborate with billing and operations teams to maintain coding excellence. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in Orthopedic Medical Coding; Strong knowledge of Orthopedic Billing & Workers' Compensation; Expertise in X-Ray Coding, Injection Coding, and CPT Modifiers; Familiarity with NDC Codes and coding compliance; Hands-on experience with ECW and Daisy Bill; Strong analytical, communication, and documentation review skills.
