We are hiring a Domain Technical Project Manager to lead E2E testing and automation for telecom deliveries. The role involves defining automation strategy, building cloud-native test frameworks, driving CI/CD continuous testing, and mentoring teams in Python and Robot Framework. Strong telecom experience (PaCo, 4G/5G, network protocols) and customer-facing delivery background required. Key responsibilities include owning automation architecture for functional, integration, E2E, performance, and security testing; defining automation standards, governance, and reusable frameworks; delivering projects on cost, schedule, and quality with a 100% automation mindset; building automated performance and security validation integrated with cloud CI/CD; collaborating with DevSecOps, performance, product, and customer teams; and mentoring engineers in Python and Robot Framework while applying AI to solve telecom problems. Must-haves: 10+ years in telecom projects, pre-sales, or delivery with 4+ years customer-facing; strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills; telecom domain exposure (PaCo, 4G/5G, network protocols). Good-to-have: experience with network simulators (Spirent) and AI solutions for telecom. Immediate joiners preferred.
