We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive female to join our team as an Office Admin & Operations Coordinator. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing daily operations and administrative tasks, handling front desk and customer inquiries, maintaining office inventory and records digitally, assisting with order processing, packaging and dispatches, following up with customers and partners, and maintaining reports and operational data in Excel/Google Sheets. Requirements: excellent communication in Hindi and English, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy, must be within 5 km radius or willing to relocate, strong computer knowledge and organizational skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
