We are looking for an experienced Cluster Head – Embryology to lead and manage embryology services & team across multiple IVF centers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day embryology lab operations across assigned centers. Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor IVF lab performance and clinical outcomes. Mentor, train, and support embryologists and lab teams. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes. Coordinate with clinicians and center teams for seamless operations. Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of laboratory excellence. Manage embryology team and handling related issues. Requirements: Master's degree in Clinical Embryology/Life Sciences or relevant field. Proven experience in IVF laboratory management and team leadership. Strong knowledge of ART procedures, quality control, and compliance standards.
