We are looking for an IT / Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for contract (C2H) and permanent positions. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and hiring needs; Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels; Screen profiles and coordinate interviews; Handle C2H and Permanent hiring; Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines; Meet daily submission targets (minimum 5-6 profiles); Support offer rollout and onboarding activities. Required Skills: Strong experience in IT/Technical recruitment (C2H & Permanent); Exposure to niche and senior-level hiring; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently and in a team; Willingness to work from office only.
