We are seeking a passionate Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR) Consultant to drive organizational transformation of people processes, enhance employee experience, and build agile workplaces. Key responsibilities include solution design and implementation of D365 HR modules (core HR, employee management, leave, absence, compensation, performance, talent management), building HR analytics and reports using Power BI, integrating with payroll, finance, time & attendance and third-party systems, performing UAT, providing end-user training, and delivering post go-live support. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 HR implementations with at least 2 full lifecycle projects; strong understanding of HR processes and compliance; technical mastery of core HR modules, configurations, integrations (Payroll, Finance, Power Automate, Data Entities, APIs, Power BI, SSRS, Visual Studio Code, Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps); a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field; preferred certifications MB-920 or MB-330.
