Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: • 360 Degree Cloud is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage and execute IT staffing requirements. We have 2 open positions for target-oriented recruitment professionals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handling end-to-end IT staffing and technical recruitment processes. • Sourcing active and passive candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals. • Executing C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring mandates. • Managing candidate relationships, interview coordination, and pipeline progression. • Thriving in a fast-paced recruitment environment to achieve organizational hiring targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment. • Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skills, stacks, and technical roles. • Hands-on expertise in C2C and C2H recruitment models. • Proficient sourcing skills on job boards and professional platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong candidate management abilities. • Goal-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Work Mode: On-site. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 LPA (Per Annum).
