• Role & Company / Project Overview: Net2Source (N2S) is hiring an experienced US Recruiter in Noida to handle talent acquisition for US staffing engagements with System Integrator (SI) clients. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Own your recruitment desk and drive end-to-end recruitment for US staffing operations. - Work closely with SI (System Integrator) clients and international hiring accounts. - Source, screen, negotiate compensation, and place candidates across diverse technical and professional domains. - Partner collaboratively within a performance-oriented team celebrating mutual success. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 months to 7 years in US staffing working with SI clients. - Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa categories, and technical hiring requirements. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Onsite. - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Fast-track career growth, performance incentives, and international exposure. • Application Instructions: - Send your resume to the designated email with the subject line 'US Recruiter'.
