Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: ICONMA is expanding and looking for talented US IT Recruiters who want to grow with the organization across high-demand verticals in a professional work environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute end-to-end recruitment life cycle for US-based IT job requisitions. - Source, screen, evaluate, and pipeline technical candidates across various IT domains. - Coordinate interviews, manage client requirements, and facilitate placement processes. - Manage candidate relationships and negotiate offers in accordance with client standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 1 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. - Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is preferred. - Strong understanding of US recruitment terminologies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations, and sourcing techniques. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (100% Onsite role). - Shift Timing: US Shifts (willingness to work in EST or PST shifts). • Compensation & Benefits: - Opportunity to grow with an established global staffing firm in a supportive, professional environment. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should send their updated resume to the recruiter.
