• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring for a proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions. - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and professional references. - Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. - Handle multiple job openings while meeting recruitment targets and timelines. - Maintain an updated candidate pipeline, recruitment database, and hiring reports. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. - Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. - Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. - Target-oriented approach with strong organizational skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Nearest Landmark: Sector 15 Metro Station. - Work Mode: Work From Office. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to Rs 30,000 per month. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their CV via email or contact directly.
