Role & Company / Project Overview: Servicio IT Solutions is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to manage our end-to-end technical hiring process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels. • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment. • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines. • Build strong relationships with candidates. • Work on multiple IT requirements and meet hiring targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2-3 Years of experience in domestic technical recruitment / talent acquisition. • Strong sourcing abilities across Naukri, LinkedIn, and major job portals. • Solid understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technical screening. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Company: Servicio IT Solutions. • Location: Sector 62, Noida (on-site). • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
