We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter for Talent Guru Placement in Noida Sector 116. The role focuses on domestic non-IT recruitment, including end-to-end hiring for building materials, FMCG, FMCD, logistics, manufacturing, beverage industry, and consumer durable sectors. Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring manager coordination, stakeholder management, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have 2+ years of consultancy experience and be an immediate joiner. Working days are 5.5 days (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM). Salary is up to 35,000 INR plus incentives, depending on working experience and interview. The interview will be face-to-face; virtual interviews are not conducted.
