We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in performance marketing, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI through data-backed campaign strategies. Key responsibilities include driving performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversions, managing campaign budgets and bidding strategies, conducting A/B testing, analysing campaign data and user behaviour, developing performance reports and dashboards, and collaborating with content, design, CRM, and analytics teams. Requirements include 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising, strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, proficiency in analytics tools and reporting dashboards (Power BI preferred), solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models, budget management and bid optimization skills, and a Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing/Communication. Candidates with experience managing annual ad budgets of ₹50 Lakhs+ are preferred. Employment type: Full-time. Department: Marketing.
