Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: ienergizer is hiring for a US Telecom Blended Process role located in Sector 60, Noida. The position involves handling customer interactions with a mix of 90% Chat and 10% Voice support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues primarily through chat (90%) and voice (10%). - Proactively manage chat flows to efficiently resolve customer issues. - Maintain an optimal Average Handling Time (AHT) while delivering quality service. - Address customer needs and provide clear, accurate telecom process solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Graduate or Undergraduate. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (or undergraduates with at least 6 months of BPO, blended, or chat experience). - Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shift: Graveyard Shift. - Working Days: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs. - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). - Location: ienergizer, A-37, Sector 60, Noida Gate No. 2, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Cab Facility: Not Available. • Compensation & Benefits: - Fresher: CTC ₹40,000 per month (In-Hand: ₹28,000 per month) + Unlimited Incentives. - Experienced: CTC ₹45,000 per month (In-Hand: ₹33,700 per month) + Unlimited Incentives. • Application Instructions: - Contact the HR recruitment team directly to apply or inquire about interview procedures.
