• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring candidates for an International Chat Process with an attractive salary package and growth opportunities, working from our office in Greater Noida. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer queries via chat support and blended process channels effectively. - Deliver professional customer support aligning with international BPO quality standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat or Blended Process is strictly mandatory. - Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates are eligible to apply. - Good communication skills required. - Immediate joiners are welcome. - Please note: Relevant Chat/Blended experience is mandatory; freshers cannot apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Sector 144, Greater Noida. - Work Mode: Work From Office. - Working Days: 5 Days a week. - Shifts & Week Offs: Rotational shifts and rotational week offs. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to INR 28,000 CTC | INR 24,000 In-Hand. - Cab Allowance: INR 3,600. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can share their updated CV to apply.
