Role & Company / Project Overview: Tech Mahindra is conducting a walk-in drive hiring International Chat Support Professionals to join their team in Noida. This role is suited for candidates with strong written English communication skills and experience in international chat support who are looking to take the next step in their careers. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer queries and concerns through chat professionally • Provide clear, accurate, and step-by-step resolutions • Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure high customer satisfaction • Manage multiple chats efficiently while maintaining accuracy • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements • Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience in international chat support • Excellent written English communication skills (C1 proficiency) • Good typing speed and accuracy • Strong grammar, comprehension, and sentence formation • Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving skills • A positive, polite, and professional attitude Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Work from Office • Work Location: Embassy Galaxy, Tower C, Basement Area, opposite Electronic City Metro Station, Noida • Working Days: 5 days a week • Shifts: Rotational shifts • Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility provided Application Instructions: Interested candidates can attend the walk-in drive on 26th & 27th October between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM at the Noida office location.
