Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Banking Chat Process based in Sector 62, Noida. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer queries professionally through chat channels. • Provide quick, accurate, and effective resolutions to banking inquiries. • Deliver a premium and courteous customer experience. • Maintain strict quality, compliance, and procedural standards. • Maintain meticulous customer interaction records and documentation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates eligible to apply. • Minimum 6 months of International BPO Chat experience (mandatory). • Candidates with International Voice + Chat experience can also be considered. • Strong written English proficiency (C1 proficiency required) with sound grammar. • Excellent typing speed and customer handling skills. • Typing benchmark: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy. • Assessment requirement: SHL score of 70%. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Sector 62, Noida. • Notice Period: 0 to 5 days (Immediate joiners preferred). • Hiring Zone: Within 30 KM radius of the facility. • Exclusion Zone: Candidates from Uttam Nagar and Dwarka are excluded. • Cab facility is available within the eligible hiring zone. • Relocation candidates will not be considered. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: 30% hike on current salary. • Company cab service provided within eligible radius.
