Role & Company / Project Overview: Exciting opportunity for candidates looking to grow in the BFSI sector with the ATOM Banking Chat Process. This is a non-voice customer chat support position based out of Gurgaon in a work-from-office environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide real-time non-voice chat support for banking customers under the ATOM Banking Process. • Resolve customer queries, account issues, and banking service requests efficiently via digital chat interface. • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Graduation is mandatory. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center / BPO environment. • Versant: Non-Voice Versant score of 65. • Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM with at least 95% accuracy. • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Work from Office). • Working Schedule: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Offs. • Shift Timings: Day Shift / Rotational Shifts available. • Transportation: Both sides cab facility provided. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to 5.20 LPA. • Take Home Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month + MIV of Rs. 2,000.
