Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced professionals for an International Chat Support process in the US Tech & Retail domain based in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide comprehensive chat support to international customers in the US Tech & Retail sector • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with high precision and promptness • Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach during all interactions • Manage multi-chat sessions effectively while ensuring high customer satisfaction Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate • Experience: Minimum 1 year of international chat experience required • Strong written English communication skills • Good typing speed and customer-handling capabilities • Comfortable working in rotational shifts Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana • Shift: Rotational Shifts • Transportation: Both-Side Cab / Travel Allowance (TA) • Interview Location: Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida (Walk-In Time: 10:30 AM) Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: Up to ₹4.0 LPA CTC • Both-side cab facility or travel allowance provided Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can connect via WhatsApp or email to apply, or attend walk-in interviews at the Noida office.
