• Role & Company / Project Overview Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced customer service professionals for an International Chat Support Process based in Gurgaon, handling customer interactions within the US Tech & Retail domain. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and resolve customer queries, concerns, and support requests via non-voice chat channels for international US Tech and Retail accounts. - Maintain high accuracy, fast response times, and exceptional written customer support standards. - Adhere to quality parameters, process guidelines, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate. - Experience: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in an International Chat or Voice process. - Skills: Strong written English communication skills and professional chat etiquette. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Gurgaon. - Shifts: Rotational shifts. - Transport: Both-side cab facility or Transport Allowance (TA) provided. • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: Up to ₹4.0 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). - Both-side cab / transport allowance provided. • Application Instructions - Direct message (DM) or contact via WhatsApp/phone or email to apply. - Walk-in Interview: Outpace Consulting, C-29, 1st Floor, Sector 2, Noida at 10:30 AM.
