• Role & Company / Project Overview iEnergizer is hiring for First-Party US Banking Collections (Voice). The position entails connecting with international banking customers to negotiate and resolve outstanding accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage outbound and inbound voice calls for first-party banking collections - Negotiate payment plans and resolve overdue account statuses - Adhere to international compliance, regulatory standards, and company guidelines - Maintain accurate call logs and status updates • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 months of international voice experience; prior collections experience preferred - Strong English communication skills (Versant score 5/6 required) - Experience levels: 6 Months to 1.5 Years, or 1.5+ Years • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - Work Setup: In-Office (No cab facility provided) - Schedule: 5 Days Working with rotational shifts • Compensation & Benefits - 6 Months to 1.5 Years Experience: INR 45,000 CTC per month + High Incentives - 1.5+ Years Experience: INR 50,000 CTC per month + High Incentives • Application Instructions - Contact HR with your updated profile to apply.
