We are currently hiring Travel Ticketing Executives for a Travel Operations team based in Noida. The role requires experience in airline reservations, ticketing operations, and GDS platforms. Candidates with a strong understanding of travel booking processes and customer service standards are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include handling flight reservations and ticket issuance, creating, modifying, and managing PNRs, processing cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes, supporting customers with travel-related requests, and coordinating with airlines and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Candidate profile requires experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar GDS platforms, knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures, strong communication and customer handling skills, and attention to detail and operational accuracy. Compensation is up to ₹25,700 (CTC/In-Hand) with a work schedule of 6 days a week.
