We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for International Voice process. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound international calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records, adhering to processes and quality standards, achieving performance targets, and coordinating with internal teams. Eligibility: Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO Voice Process, excellent English communication skills, strong customer handling and issue-resolution abilities.
