• Role & Company / Project Overview Innover Global is hiring a hands-on WMS Technical Lead / Warehouse Systems Engineer to support warehouse and distribution operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver hands-on software engineering and systems integration for warehouse operations - Handle end-to-end WMS implementation and support warehouse functional areas including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, QC, repair, and inventory - Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 offshore engineers - Conduct hands-on development, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted coding - Translate operational business requirements into robust production solutions • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong software engineering and integrations background - Demonstrated WMS implementation and warehouse operations experience - Experience leading offshore engineering teams (2–3 engineers) - Proficiency in hands-on development, prototyping, and AI-assisted development tools - Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New York, NY (Onsite) • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
