Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an experienced WMS Technical Lead / Warehouse Systems Engineer for an onsite role in New York supporting warehouse distribution operations and enterprise engineering integrations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive hands-on software engineering, system integrations, and WMS implementations. • Support warehouse operations covering receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, QC, repair, and inventory. • Lead and mentor 2–3 offshore engineers. • Perform hands-on development, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted coding. • Turn business requirements into production solutions and manage stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong software engineering integrations experience. • Extensive WMS implementation and warehouse operations domain expertise. • Demonstrated experience leading 2–3 offshore engineers. • Hands-on development, prototyping, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools. • Strong technical leadership, cross-team communication, and stakeholder management skills.
