Role & Company / Project Overview: Partnering with Charles Schwab to hire a Senior Manhattan MAO (Active Order Management) Lead Engineer. In this role, you will architect, design, and implement custom extensions on top of Manhattan OMS and MAO, driving integrations with distributed order management, supply chain intelligence, and enterprise fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect and implement custom extensions on top of Manhattan OMS and MAO. • Drive integrations with distributed order management, supply chain intelligence, and enterprise fulfillment operations. • Architect and integrate Manhattan OMS with critical enterprise systems including payment processing, fraud detection, tax systems, WMS, and ERP platforms. • Configure Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) reporting and develop custom dashboards. • Provide technical leadership on best practices for customization, performance optimization, and scalability within Agile/Waterfall environments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of core experience in Manhattan Distributed Order Management (DOM, EOM, ATC, SCI). • Deep hands-on expertise with Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) and custom extension development. • Strong technical coding proficiency in Java, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON. • Proven ability to provide technical leadership and establish best practices. • Local candidates to the DFW area only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dallas, Texas. • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite). • Duration: 6-Month Contract | C2C.
