• Role & Company / Project Overview Innover Global is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focusing on Sales & Marketing systems and enterprise integrations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement and integrate software solutions supporting sales, marketing, and RevOps - Build and optimize workflows across lead-to-close lifecycles, attribution modeling, marketing automation, and revenue analytics - Lead and guide 2–3 offshore engineers - Perform hands-on development utilizing AI coding tools - Bridge technical implementations with business and stakeholder requirements • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong software engineering and system integration experience - Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketing/RevOps ecosystems - Solid understanding of lead-to-close funnels, attribution, automation, and analytics - Proven experience mentoring or leading 2–3 offshore engineers - Proficiency in hands-on development with AI coding tools - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: USA (Eastern Time preferred | Travel required) • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
