We are seeking a Senior IBM Cúram Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting IBM Cúram Social Program Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cúram development, Java/J2EE technologies, and public sector implementations. Required Skills: 7+ years of IT experience with enterprise application development; 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cúram Social Program Management (SPM); strong experience with Cúram UIM Development, CER (Cúram Express Rules), Evidence Framework, Workflow and Case Management, Batch Processing, Eligibility & Entitlement Programs; strong Java/J2EE development experience; experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and system integrations; proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain IBM Cúram applications; gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; develop and customize Cúram components including UIMs, CER rules, workflows, and evidence models; integrate Cúram applications with external systems and APIs; perform unit testing, code reviews, and production support; collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders; participate in application deployments and environment support activities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing Medicaid, SNAP, Child Welfare, Child Support, or Workforce Services solutions; IBM Cúram certification is a plus; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is preferred.
