Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with 9+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, integrations, Lightning technologies, and architecture while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL • Develop custom applications, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Flow, approval processes, and triggers • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects and mentor junior developers • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools • Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products based on business requirements • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues • Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, deployment planning, and release management • Implement the Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and Field-Level Security • Work with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions • Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and technical lead experience • Extensive proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder • Proven experience building API integrations (REST/SOAP) and working with middleware tools • Strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, code reviews, architecture, and deployment release management • Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset) • Eligible Work Authorizations: H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC (W2 engagement) Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: New York (NY), United States Application Instructions: Interested candidates please drop your updated resumes via email or call directly.
