• Role & Company / Project Overview Innova IT Global is hiring a senior Salesforce Developer for a hybrid role based in New York, NY. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform capabilities. - Build and configure Salesforce Flows and Approval Processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Implement and manage REST/SOAP API integrations and carry out data migration tasks. - Manage code versioning, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines utilizing Git and Azure DevOps. - Adhere to and enforce Salesforce security models and development best practices. - Work with asynchronous processing and platform events as required. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Overall Experience: 12+ years of overall Salesforce Development experience. - Core Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC (Lightning Web Components). - Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive experience with Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. - Integration & Migration: Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and data migration. - DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD workflows. - Architecture & Best Practices: Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model and development best practices. - Preferred Skills: Experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards), Copado, Platform Events, and Asynchronous Processing. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New York, NY - Work Arrangement: Hybrid • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration.
