### Role & Company / Project Overview ISITE Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / System Integration Engineer to design scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions across multiple agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-cloud solutions, system integration, and technical leadership. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including business processes, data, integrations, security, and platform components. • Architect solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau. • Define system boundaries, data models, integration strategies, and architecture standards. • Design reusable, multi-agency Salesforce solutions, including portals and omnichannel engagement. • Extend Public Sector Salesforce solutions to meet agency-specific requirements. • Architect cross-agency data flows and analytics while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills: • 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience. • 7+ years of experience working on complex projects. • 2+ years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer. • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM. Preferred Qualifications: • Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft. • Experience designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions. • Salesforce Certified Application Architect. • Experience with Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) • Duration: 12 Months • Employment Type / Tax Term: W2 ### Compensation & Benefits • Rate: Up to $70/hr W2 ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to share an updated resume.
