Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with strong .NET expertise to lead the design and development of scalable CRM solutions, enterprise integrations, and technical architecture supporting wealth management business operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Salesforce architecture and technical leadership • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce Flows development • Implement and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • .NET development, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations • Manage Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines • Work with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Terraform • Implement MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, and event-driven architecture • Handle PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, and ElastiCache databases • Technical mentoring, ensuring code quality, and production support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience • Strong .NET and enterprise integration experience • Hands-on experience with AWS, DevOps, and cloud technologies • Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills • Financial Services Cloud or wealth management experience is a plus Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Remote work arrangement • Contract job type (C2C) Compensation & Benefits: • Max Rate: $60/hr on C2C Application Instructions: Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume for consideration or share the opportunity with qualified professionals.
