Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, and .NET/C# expertise to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) basis. This is a remote opportunity requiring an immediate joiner. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions. • Lead technical design for Salesforce features, flows and integrations. • Develop scalable Apex and LWC solutions while maintaining governor-limit compliance. • Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable fixes. • Design high-volume integrations with proper queuing, retry and error-handling mechanisms. • Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and bulk-processing solutions. • Contribute to CI/CD, coding standards and deployment practices. • Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into technical solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–7 years of relevant experience. • Must-Have Skills: - Salesforce Development – Apex, LWC, Aura & Flows - .NET / C# development experience - SOQL & SOSL optimization - Triggers, Batch Apex & Queueable Apex - REST/SOAP APIs & Platform Events - Salesforce CDC & Event-Driven Integrations - High-volume data synchronization & asynchronous processing - Error handling, retry mechanisms & transaction management - Salesforce security – Profiles, Permission Sets & Sharing Rules - Salesforce DX & Salesforce CLI - Git & CI/CD – Copado / Gearset / equivalent - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field. • Certifications: - Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required) - Platform Developer II (Preferred) • Good to Have: Financial Services Cloud / Wealth Management experience.
