We are hiring an experienced Program Manager with 13+ years of experience to lead large-scale Commercial Banking Digital Transformation initiatives for a long-term client engagement in New York City, New York. This is an onsite opportunity requiring expertise in program management, commercial banking domain, digital transformation projects, enterprise program delivery, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and executive communication. Preferred qualifications include 13+ years of overall IT and Program Management experience, proven experience leading large-scale Commercial Banking digital projects, strong expertise in managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives, experience with project planning, budgeting, governance, and execution, ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and business stakeholders, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP or related certifications are a plus.
