We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a strong focus on ITSM and CMDB. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can combine technical expertise with delivery leadership to implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations including design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment. Own ServiceNow delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and business outcomes are achieved. Implement and optimize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Asset Management. Design ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform architecture. Drive CMDB implementation, governance, and data accuracy initiatives. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions. Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and implementation teams. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and platform governance. Support upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience. Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow ITSM implementations. Deep expertise in: ServiceNow ITSM Modules, CMDB Design & Implementation, Workflow Configuration, Scripting & Integrations. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management. Experience managing implementation teams and vendor partners. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL v4 Certification, ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist Certifications, Experience with global enterprise deployments, Knowledge of cloud environments, infrastructure technologies, and enterprise integrations. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
