Ground Support Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Supervisor to lead daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong leadership skills, and are passionate about customer service excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing daily hotel operations and front desk activities, supervising and supporting staff to ensure smooth operations, ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction, managing schedules, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication. Candidates should have experience in hospitality or supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent customer service and attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual abilities are a plus. The schedule is Thursday to Monday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Work location is in person at New York, NY 10038.
