Full-time remote leadership role responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences, building long-term client relationships, and implementing strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth. The role requires 7+ years of experience in customer success, client experience, account management, or service delivery leadership; a proven track record of improving customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value; strong ability to lead customer-facing teams across global markets; experience implementing customer journey optimization and feedback systems; and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Compensation includes annual salary of $140,000 to $290,000, performance bonus, stock incentives, comprehensive health insurance, and leadership development and training support.
