We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to provide strategic technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and ongoing management of enterprise ServiceNow platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Deploy and support modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps. Design secure integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, VPN, endpoint management tools, and legal applications. Drive platform governance, change management, release management, and performance optimization. Partner with business, security, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Support a 24/7/365 mission-critical environment. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience in a large enterprise environment. Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, UI Policies). Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation tools. Strong understanding of networking, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and security best practices. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CSS, CSM, or similar) preferred. Law firm experience is highly preferred. Nice to Have: Experience with iManage, CarpeDiem, Litera, Ivanti, VMware/Hyper-V. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
