We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FS-RI (Reinsurance) and insurance domain processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with reinsurance operations, accounting, and migration projects. Required Skills: 5–10 years of SAP Functional experience with 2–4 years in SAP FS-RI (Reinsurance). Strong understanding of Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance. Experience with Ceded and Assumed Reinsurance processes. Knowledge of Reinsurance Accounting and Financial Control. Hands-on experience with SAP FSCD, Policy Management, and Claims Management. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall SDLC, preferably on migration projects. Strong analytical, requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with SAP Insurance modules or Financial Services domain. Exposure to S/4HANA transformation or migration programs. Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and other financial systems. Familiarity with testing tools, reporting tools, or data migration tools. Experience working in client-facing global delivery environments.
