We are an established, growing professional services business seeking a Director of Operations & Technology to partner directly with the CEO and help drive the next stage of growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role. The foundation is already in place. The right person will strengthen systems, improve execution, leverage technology and AI, and help create the operational infrastructure needed to support long-term growth. The successful candidate will begin by owning operational execution and technology initiatives, with a clear path toward broader leadership responsibilities and eventual COO-level involvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality, building scalable systems, leveraging technology, and creating operational excellence. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving workflows, identifying bottlenecks, building systems for efficiency and scalability, creating SOPs, leading operational projects, evaluating technology stack, implementing AI tools, improving automation, building dashboards, partnering with CEO on strategic initiatives, operationalizing growth plans, improving onboarding and training. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, has bias toward execution, is organized, comfortable with technology and AI, and wants long-term growth. Long-term opportunity to grow into COO role with profit-sharing. Remote position, must be located in NJ.
