Above & Beyond Counseling, LLC is seeking Independent In-Community (IIC) Therapists to provide trauma-informed, community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families throughout New Jersey. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexible scheduling, clinical support, mentorship, and licensure support. Internship opportunities are also available for qualifying students. Candidates must hold or be working toward professional licensure (LCSW, LSW, or equivalent). Compensation starts at $65/hour based on credentials, with higher rates for LCSW or LSW.
