JINDAL is a leading manufacturer of PVC, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, DWC & Conduit Pipes, Water Tanks, PTMT Taps, CP Bathroom Fittings, Flush Tanks, Cisterns, Seat Covers, Kitchen Sinks, Garden Pipes, and allied products. We are seeking an experienced Head – Marketing & Sales (Institutional Projects & Tenders) to drive Government, PSU, Infrastructure, and Institutional business. The role requires expertise in tender management, project approvals, specification selling, and institutional sales. Key responsibilities include handling Government, PSU, Smart City, Jal Jeevan Mission, AMRUT, CPWD, PWD, Railways, Defence, Housing Board, and Municipal projects, managing EOI, pre-qualification, tender submissions, bidding, negotiations, and order closures, developing relationships with Government departments, EPC contractors, consultants, architects, and project authorities, leading institutional and project sales teams, coordinating with production, logistics, and finance for smooth project execution, and analyzing market trends, competitors, and project opportunities. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, project sales, or tender business, strong knowledge of Government tenders, PSU procurement, and infrastructure projects, and an established network with Government departments, consultants, EPC contractors, and developers.
