Cairo 3A Group – Agriculture Sector is looking for a dedicated and proactive Export Sales Supervisor to support and oversee export sales operations for our IQF fruits and vegetables business. This role is ideal for professionals with strong export experience who thrive in a fast-paced international business environment. Key Responsibilities include driving sales revenue growth across assigned export markets, expanding market share, acquiring new international clients, supervising day-to-day export sales operations, following up on quotations and contracts, coordinating with logistics and production departments, monitoring shipment schedules, managing key customer accounts, ensuring CRM accuracy, resolving customer complaints, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. Key Requirements include 5–7 years of export sales experience, preferably in IQF fruits and vegetables or frozen food sector, strong knowledge of export regulations, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Working Conditions: Full-time, on-site in New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, 5 working days per week.
