We are hiring a Technical Office Engineer at Marhab Engineering Solutions to join our growing team and support our upcoming projects. This is a full-time, on-site position located in 5th Settlement, New Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Office role within the construction or contracting sector, and previous experience as a Site Engineer. Responsibilities include BOQs, quantity surveying, technical item descriptions, price analysis, cost estimation, interim payment certificates, finishing works inspection, handover, and quality control. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel, strong knowledge of construction, finishing, and site execution works, and strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are required. Preferred qualifications include Revit (BIM), Primavera P6 or MS Project, knowledge of Egyptian Building Codes and Ministry of Housing technical standards. Candidates residing in Greater Cairo are strongly preferred.
