We are hiring – MS 365 SharePoint Developer (Egnyte → SharePoint + AI). Do you love building on Microsoft 365 + SharePoint Online and want to work on real Egnyte-to-SharePoint migration and AI Agent projects? This role might be for you. Role: MS 365 SharePoint Developer. Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mohali, Gurgaon, Noida, Panchkula, Navi Mumbai. Shift: Afternoon (2 pm onwards). Experience: 5+ years. Joining: Immediate to 20 days (priority). What you will work on: Design and configure SharePoint Online site architecture (hub sites, department sites, libraries, folder hierarchy). Lead Egnyte → SharePoint migrations using tools like SPMT, ShareGate, AvePoint (metadata, timestamps, versions intact). Implement path mapping and wave-based migration rollouts across departments. Configure Azure AD groups, permissions, sensitivity labels, and break-inheritance models. Build Microsoft Graph API integrations for permission-aware data retrieval. Develop Copilot Studio / AI agents on top of SharePoint knowledge bases and deploy to Microsoft Teams. Automate with PowerShell and/or Python for migration, delta sync and reporting. Integrate Snyk and SonarQube into Azure DevOps / GitHub pipelines for secure code. Support SOC 2 evidence collection (scan reports, audit logs, access reviews). Must-have skills: 5+ years in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint development. 3+ years hands-on with SharePoint Online & M365 administration. Strong experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST. Hands-on with migration tools: SPMT / ShareGate / AvePoint / Mover (at least one). Strong PowerShell scripting (Python is a plus). Azure AD, RBAC, and M365 Security & Compliance Center. Working knowledge of Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents. Familiar with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have: Experience with Egnyte or similar ECM platforms. Exposure to Snyk, SonarQube or other SAST/SCA tools. Microsoft certs: MS-100, MS-203, PL-200, AZ-900+. Understanding of SOC 2 controls in Microsoft cloud environments.
