Role & Company / Project Overview: Vishal Builders is seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager for CPWD Specialised Building Projects in Nashik, Maharashtra. The role involves managing and coordinating major construction activities on high-security CPWD building sites. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operations of CPWD specialised building construction projects. • Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution. • Monitor site safety, structural quality, CPWD compliance, and adherence to design specifications. • Report progress and address operational bottlenecks promptly. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10 Years of construction project management experience. • Mandatory Requirement: Relevant experience in managing and coordinating CPWD specialised building construction projects. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India. • On-site project management. • Security Regulation: Due to high security on project locations, basic phones are allowed; smartphones are strictly restricted on site.
