Role & Company / Project Overview: Vishal Builders is looking for an experienced Resident Construction Manager (RCM) to lead the execution of CPWD Specialised Building Projects in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This critical leadership role oversees full site operations and construction execution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead overall construction management, execution, and site administration for CPWD specialised building projects. • Supervise site teams, contractors, and quality control processes to ensure strict adherence to CPWD norms and specifications. • Manage site resources, logistics, safety protocols, and construction milestones. • Serve as primary resident authority on construction methodologies, quality checks, and site safety. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10 Years of experience in construction management. • Mandatory Requirement: Strong proven experience in construction management and execution of CPWD specialised building projects. • Proven site leadership, technical problem-solving, and project governance skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. • Full-time on-site management. • Security Regulation: Due to high security on project locations, basic phones are allowed; smartphones are strictly restricted on site.
