Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Tracks & Towers Infratech Pvt. Ltd. (TTIPL) is looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager (DPM) for the NMDC - Kirandul Township Project in Kirandul, Chhattisgarh. The project is an integrated township development comprising 9 residential towers, township infrastructure, roads, utilities, MEP services, and external development focused on modern, sustainable, and integrated communities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities. • Manage RCC, shear wall, and high-rise building works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. • Monitor construction schedules, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment. • Support cost control, commercial support, billing, procurement, and resource management. • Coordinate civil works with MEP services and external infrastructure. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Graduate Engineer - Civil). • Minimum 15+ years of relevant construction experience. • Experience in large residential or high-rise township projects preferred. • Experience in RCC shear wall construction using Mivan / aluminium formwork preferred. • Strong site execution, planning, coordination, and team management skills. • Exposure to BIM, ERP, and sustainable construction practices, including GRIHA, preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kirandul, Chhattisgarh. • Onsite construction management role.
