• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Project Manager specializing in Composite Construction (RCC & PEB) and commercial billing to lead projects located in Nashik. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage complete project planning, execution, and on-site activities - Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors - Monitor project timelines, quality standards, overall cost, and site safety - Handle commercial billing, preparation and verification of BOQ, RA bills, and quantity measurements - Ensure timely project completion and provide effective team management across composite construction sites • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7 to 8 years of professional experience in RCC & PEB composite construction projects - Expertise in site execution, commercial billing, BOQ, and RA bill processing - Strong leadership and contractor coordination skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gonde & Vilholi, Nashik, Maharashtra, India - Work arrangement: Onsite site management • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can submit their updated CV for evaluation.
