We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in COBOL and Production Support to join our Nagpur team. The role involves providing L2 support for COBOL-based applications, monitoring system alerts, resolving incidents within SLA, performing troubleshooting using log analysis, executing batch jobs and health checks, supporting deployments and post-release validations, and collaborating with teams for issue resolution and escalation. Key skills include COBOL application support and troubleshooting, Linux/Unix command line, production support (L2), log analysis and monitoring, and ITIL (Incident, Problem & Change Management). Nice-to-have skills include scripting (Shell/Python/Perl), experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy), and familiarity with legacy systems and batch processing. Working hours are standard, and the role is based from office.
